FieldworkFriend is designed to help users organize fieldwork hours, documentation, and verification forms in accordance with requirements published by the BACB. It does not provide legal, clinical, certification, or other professional advice. Nothing in the Service should be relied on as a substitute for the official BACB Handbook, supervisor guidance, or advice from a qualified professional.
No guarantee of compliance or certification
FieldworkFriend does not guarantee compliance with any certification requirements and does not guarantee that you will pass any examination or obtain any credential. Calculations, totals, and reminders inside the Service are based on the configuration and data you provide and may not reflect the most current BACB requirements.
Your responsibility
- Verify current fieldwork and supervision requirements through official BACB resources.
- Review all generated Monthly and Final Verification Forms with your supervisor before submission.
- Confirm that any documentation you submit to the BACB or to your employer is accurate and complete.
Verification forms
Monthly and Final Verification Forms generated by FieldworkFriend are produced based on the forms published by the BACB. They are not "official" BACB-issued documents, and accuracy depends on the information you and your supervisor enter.
Security and HIPAA
FieldworkFriend is built with security and privacy considerations in mind. There is no formal "HIPAA certification." If your use case involves Protected Health Information, you are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on your end, including any required Business Associate Agreements.
